Nobody knows your body better than you. That is why we engage in a collaborative care approach, where we work together to meet your rehabilitation goals. Our primary mission is to provide you effective and high-quality physical therapy treatment.
No matter the type of pain you are experiencing, our goal is to reduce and eventually eliminate discomfort to enhance your overall physical function. We treat conditions related to trauma, physical conditions, emotional stress, and sports injuries. Through our commitment to continuing education, you can trust that the services we provide are the newest and most advanced physical therapy treatment available.
Manual physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine.
In manual therapy, practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and mobilize joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.
About Capital City Health Care Providers | Physical Therapist Raleigh NC
Capital City Healthcare Providers has provided quality care to our patients for over 13 years in the Triangle Area. We are a high quality physical therapy practice who also caters to manual therapy techniques.
With our physical evaluation, we will be able to identify faulty patterns that are causing or perpetuating your pain. Once the sources of your pain are determined, we will begin a combination of manual therapy techniques and exercise.
All of our appointments are one-on-one with our patients. You will recieve hands on treatment in a private treatment area aimed at restoring joint motion, soft tissue extensibility, and releasing the restrictions that are causing your pain.
Once the restrictions have been sufficiently addressed, the physical therapist will guide you through improving postural habits, movement startegies, and overall strength and flexibility.
